1. Who We Are

GLOVAL LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates ovaldispensers.com and conducts transactions directly with customers who purchase through this site.

2. Products

We sell commercial and residential cleaning-supply dispensers — soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer dispensers — and related accessories and parts.

3. Permitted Use

Our retail storefront is intended for direct purchase by end users, including individuals, facilities, and businesses equipping their own premises. Customers purchasing for resale, distribution, or export must do so through our wholesale program (see Section 6) rather than the standard retail checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders as indicated on the site at time of purchase. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Wholesale & Reseller Purchases

Customers purchasing for commercial resale, distribution, or export are welcome through our dedicated wholesale program, which offers volume pricing and, for qualified accounts, extended payment terms.
